Karen Stander

Karen Stander, FACHE, is currently the Vice President, Clinical Operations at Hinge Health, leading clinical operations for the patient-centered Digital Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinic. With a background in executive leadership at Sutter Health in various capacities such as Executive of the Neuroscience Service Line and Chief Home Health Executive, Karen brings a wealth of experience in healthcare operations and strategy. Karen has also been involved in various board roles, including serving as a Board Member at Health Career Connection, where Karen helps inspire and empower young individuals to pursue healthcare careers. Additionally, Karen has a strong educational background with an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
