Melissa Ackerman

Melissa Ackerman is the current RVP of Sales at Hinge Health. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the health and benefits industry. Melissa began their career at Hewitt Associates in 1996, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become the Defined Benefits Practice Leader. In 2010, Hewitt Associates was acquired by Aon, and Melissa remained with the company in a similar role until 2017. Melissa then joined Alight Solutions, where they served as Vice President of Sales until 2019. Melissa joined Hinge Health in 2019 and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Melissa Ackerman received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Northwestern University.
