Shobhna Upadhyaya

Shobhna Upadhyaya is the Vice President of Business Strategy and Operations at Hinge Health. Prior to Hinge Health, Ms. Upadhyaya was with LinkedIn for over six years where they were the Senior Director of Business Operations for LinkedIn's Advertising business, which generated over four billion dollars in annual revenue. At LinkedIn, Ms. Upadhyaya led a team of twenty business operations professionals across product, sales, and marketing.

Prior to LinkedIn, Ms. Upadhyaya worked at eBay as the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy where they managed engineering projects for federal, state, and private sector clients. Ms. Upadhyaya also worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and at URS Corporation as a Senior Engineer. Ms. Upadhyaya has a degree in engineering from Stanford University.

Shobhna Upadhyaya has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an MBA in Strategic Management, Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an MS in Geomechanics from Stanford University.
