Brenda McGillicuddy

Brenda McGillicuddy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources/People Operations at the Hingham Institution for Savings since December 2017, Brenda develops and executes the HR strategy while leading the company's personnel functions. Previously, Brenda acted as the HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Goodwin, providing support on compensation, recruitment, and performance management. Brenda's career at MFS Investment Management spanned nearly two decades, where roles included HR Business Partner for the Global Distribution Retail Sales Organization and Benefits Manager, overseeing a $24M Health & Welfare Budget. Brenda holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BASc in Finance from Bentley University.
