Patrick R. Gaughen

Patrick Gaughen is currently serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Hingham Institution for Savings since June 2012. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Executive Vice President at the same institution. Patrick has previous experience as a Foreign Service Officer at the Department of State from 2008 to April 2012 and as a Research Analyst at the Department of Defense from July 2002 to August 2004. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Political Science (International Relations) from Duke University, a Master's degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Yale University. Patrick also attended Phillips Academy for their high school education.
