She is responsible for managing and enhancing the experience of customers through digital and phone channels. Prior to joining the Bank, Tamra was employed at the Art Institute of Atlanta where she was responsible for providing administrative support, managing incoming inquiries, and maintaining internal schedules. Before that, she held roles at the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office, Chase Bank, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. Tamra attended Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia.
