Eliza Cheyney is a skilled professional in Customer Success with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Customer Growth Consultant at Hook since May 2025, Eliza previously held the position of Head of Customer Success at Encord for a brief time in early 2025.
