Richard Deuter

Richard Deuter has over a decade of experience in the construction and contracting industry, currently serving in the Concrete Division at Hinkle Contracting Company LLC since April 2011. Prior roles include Project Manager/Estimator at Current Communications and Electric Inc. from February to December 2008, General Superintendent/Land Development at Neumann Homes from June 2006 to October 2007, and Production Manager at Town and Country Homes from February 2001 to June 2006. Richard Deuter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Political Science from Shawnee State University, attended from 1990 to 1993.
