John Basham

John Basham attended Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois, and has over thirty years of construction experience. After a requested meeting with Butch Long of OBCI he happily joined the team in May of 2018. Throughout the years, he has taken on more responsibilities such as union trades representation, equipment manager, and fleet fuel manager. John strongly believes in the company’s values of integrity, quality, teamwork, and commitment. He also loves OBCI’s family-oriented feel and the appreciation they always show their employees.
