Aimee Leidich

Aimee Leidich is the current Head of Operations at Hint Health. Aimee has held this position for 3 years and 5 months. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director | Head of Operations, Director of Business Operations, at Hint Health. Aimee has also worked as the Director of US Operations, Head of Research Design & Strategy, Research Lead, Health and Academic Research Projects at mSurvey™. During their time there, they developed a company-wide analytics and monitoring program to ensure evidence-based growth and product improvement. Additionally, they were a data-driven decision making evangelist and designed and executed marketing, sales, and customer success strategies for health research clients. Under their leadership, health research clients grew 8x over the course of 18 months.

Aimee is also a Member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and the President of Toastmasters for Health chapter of Toastmasters International. In addition, they have served as a Program Manager & Analyst in the Global Health Sciences Group at UCSF where they managed the HIV Testing and Counseling Data Use program with a primary focus on visualizing data for strategic planning of future HIV programs in Rwanda, St. Kitts & Nevis, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Aimee also co-founded the Global Health Innovative Technology Initiative during their time there.

Aimee has also worked as a Lead Evaluator at Planned Parenthood Southeast, Inc and as an Emory Global Health Institute Mutlidisciplinary Team Field Scholar with the Population Council in Mexico City. Additionally, they have served as a Health Center Assistant at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains and as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Spanish Medical Interpreter at Yampa Valley Medical Center.

Aimee Leidich has a Master of Public Health from Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health, with a focus in Global Health and Reproductive Health and Population Studies. Aimee also has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado in International Affairs.
