Melena Strehlow

Melena Strehlow, MM, currently serves as an Organizational Development Specialist at Hinton Transportation Investments and has been the Ottawa Hills High School Volleyball Coach with Grand Rapids Public Schools since June 2018. Previous experience includes roles such as Human Resources Program Manager at Acrisure, Co-Owner of Cooking for Comfort, and Sr. Specialist of Culture and Transformation at Spectrum Health, where Melena focused on team member well-being initiatives. Melena has also held positions involving employee engagement and retention strategies in organizations such as Michigan Sports Academies, National Heritage Academies, and VanDyk Mortgage Corporation. Melena holds a Master of Management from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
