Jenni Fredriksson-Bass is currently the Chief People Officer at Hion. Prior to this, she held the same position at Ambientia where she was responsible for overall People Operations and Talent Acquisition. With a background in HR and a passion for providing high-quality HR support, Jenni has experience in leadership development, change management, and strategic HR practices. She has also worked in roles such as HR Manager and HR Specialist in various companies, utilizing her skills in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Jenni's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Sociology from the University of Tampere and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Sussex.
