HIP Housing
Vitani Taamu currently serves as a Self Sufficiency Program Case Manager at HIP Housing since November 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Housing Specialist at New Directions Behavioral Health from August 2022 to November 2023 and holding multiple roles such as Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager, Transitional Housing Case Manager, and Housing Specialist at LifeMoves between January 2018 and July 2022. Vitani also worked as a Support Specialist at Hope Services from December 2015 to January 2018, and held the position of Shift Supervisor at the San Francisco Giants from December 2012 to March 2017. Additionally, Vitani was a Direct Care Counselor at S.T.A.R. Programs from March 2015 to November 2015. Vitani obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences and Sociology from San Jose State University, completed in 2013, and attended RMIT University in 2012.
