Katya Crema is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, sales, and advisory roles across various sectors, including architecture, real estate, and sports. Currently serving as the Director of Projects and Head of Sales at HIP V. HYPE, Katya is committed to fostering sustainable and socially responsible solutions for urban development. Katya is also a member of the Program Advisory Group for Open House Melbourne and serves on the board of Snow Australia, supporting competitive snow sports. As a co-founder of the Women of Architecture, Building & Planning group at the University of Melbourne, Katya actively promotes networking and career opportunities for women in the property and construction industry. With previous roles including board member positions at Property Initiatives Real Estate and Women's Property Initiatives, along with significant experience at PwC Australia and Crema Group, Katya combines a strong academic background in property and architecture with a passion for advocacy and community engagement.
