Marianne Passafaro

Marianne Passafaro has experience in various HR roles, starting in 2008 with BMC Software as an HR Coordinator. In this role, they provided HR guidance and support to employees and managers across multiple locations. Marianne then worked as an HR Coordinator at InterSystems, where they focused on HR operations and administration. After that, Marianne joined HotelClub as an HR Generalist, overseeing HR and recruitment activities across the APAC region. Marianne later became the Head of People & Culture at hipages, an Australian company that connects tradies and homeowners for home improvement projects. Marianne's responsibilities at hipages included managing the people and culture function and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment of suitable candidates.

Marianne Passafaro obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resources and Marketing from Macquarie University. Marianne attended Macquarie University from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from TAFE NSW, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Marianne Passafaro has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include "Using AI 4 HR: Certified" and "Using AI 4 HR: Learning & Development" from Future Workplace, which they obtained in May 2019. Marianne also holds a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification, which they obtained in December 2015. Other certifications include "World Class Employer Branding" from Employer Branding Academy, "Targeted Selection - Trainer" from DDI | Development Dimensions International, and "5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity - Facilitator" from FranklinCovey Australia & NZ.
