Andrew Olsen

Andrew Olsen is an experienced professional in Sales and Customer Success, currently scaling operations at HiPeople since August 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew served as Head of Sales & Customer Success at Searchlight from April 2021 until its acquisition by Multiverse in April 2024, where Andrew played a key role in building a talent intelligence platform that improved hiring efficiency and retention. Additionally, Andrew has experience as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, contributing to the Catalyst Coaching Corner and serving on the Customer-Led Growth Advisory Board. Previous positions include founding fellow at On Deck, Manager of Partner and Customer Success at BlueVolt, and various roles at Canstaff Employment Services. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University.
