Adam Phillips

Adam Phillips is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of HIPLA since January 2017. At HIPLA, Adam is dedicated to transforming property transactions through innovative solutions such as the Digital Legal Pack and Property Handshake, in partnership with notable organizations like HM Land Registry and Propertymark. Additionally, Adam is a Co-Owner of Water Babies Hertfordshire Ltd, a thriving swimming business for families. Prior to these ventures, Adam held significant roles in finance, including Equity Derivatives Business Manager at UBS Investment Bank, and completed a graduate training program at Schroders Salomon Smith Barney. Adam's academic background includes a first-class BSc (Hons) in Production & Operations Management and an MA (Hons) in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham.
