Daphne Allamenou

Daphne Allamenou has worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Hippo Digital since April 2022. Before that, they worked at BJSS as a Technical Consultant from August 2018 to February 2022, where they were contracted out to NHS Digital to work on a new project. During their time at BJSS, they became a core developer for NHS login, an authentication service for healthcare apps and websites. Prior to BJSS, Daphne worked at Sophos as a Software Engineer from August 2015 to July 2018. Daphne was part of a team developing a security product for virtual environments and gained experience in developing and testing in Linux and Windows, as well as utilizing modern approaches to writing C++.

Daphne Allamenou attended the University of York from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
