Josh Slater is a Senior User Experience Consultant at Hippo, having previously served as a Senior Product Designer at BT Group where leadership of a 9-member multi-disciplinary team focused on creating immersive customer experiences for BT Wholesale. Prior roles include Midweight UX/UI Designer at Methods Analytics, where user-centric design methods were employed to address complex problems, and as the lead UX/UI Designer at ALOM Group, responsible for launching the UX/UI design team and revitalizing company websites in the FinTech sector. Additional experience encompasses freelance graphic design for the Naturewatch Foundation, talent management at BMS Performance, and various positions in customer service and claims processing early in their career. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media from the University of the West of England.
