Katie Glaubius has worked in various user researcher roles throughout their career. Katie started as a User Researcher at Metropolitan Thames Valley in 2020, before moving on to positions at UK Research and Innovation, Maritime and Coastguard Agency, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), Ofsted, The British Library, and dxw digital. Katie joined the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities as a Senior User Researcher in 2021 and later moved to Hippo Digital as the Lead User Researcher in 2023. Katie is experienced in working with Agile development and adheres to GDS standards.
Katie Glaubius obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Queen Mary University of London from 2014 to 2017. Katie also earned Summer Credits in Bioethics & Subatomic Physics from The Johns Hopkins University in 2011.
