Lynne Mulligan

Lynne Mulligan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lynne currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Hippo Digital UK, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Hermes from June 2020 to April 2021. From April 2019 to May 2020, Lynne worked as the Recruitment Manager for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, leading a team of 5 recruiters and overseeing the hiring process for non-volume Head Office and IT roles. Lynne also implemented measurement and reporting systems to track recruitment metrics and ROI.
