Nate Sheach

Nate Sheach serves as the Service Design Lead at BBC, overseeing content discovery projects across various platforms, including iPlayer and Sounds, while also contributing to the agile development of BBC teams. In addition, Nate holds a position as a Senior Consultant in Service Design at Hippo, focusing on health sector initiatives within the NHS. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Dartington Service Design Lab, where Nate headed design and improvement efforts and steered the Service Design function. At Shelter Scotland, Nate managed digital advice services during the pandemic and contributed to professional development in service design at the Service Design Academy. Previous roles also encompass digital design and information architecture at eCom Scotland and early career experiences in production and retail. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design and a first-class degree in Business Research Proposal from the University of Dundee.
