Polly Horn

Polly Horn is a Senior Consultant at Hippo, having joined in January 2024, and previously held the same position at Socitm Advisory from June 2021 to December 2023. With extensive experience in Service Innovation & Design, Polly has successfully led numerous projects using unique tools developed specifically for the public sector. Prior to consultancy, Polly served as a Business Analyst at Wokingham Borough Council for over a decade, focusing on social care and leading critical migration and implementation projects. Additional experience includes roles as a Systems Trainer and Merchandiser with established retail groups such as Evans, Arcadia Group, and Primark Stores Ltd. Polly holds a BA (hons) in European Fashion from the Kent Institute of Art & Design.
