Camille started their career in 2006 at Sprint, where they held positions as a Business Account Executive and later as an Indirect Account Executive. In these roles, they focused on business development, customer acquisition, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.

Camille later became an NSS Retention Supervisor, where they managed a team and exceeded sales goals. From 2014 to 2016, Camille served as a Direct Sales and Service Leader at Nationwide, overseeing team productivity and coaching retention agents.

In 2016, Camille joined Travelers as the National Sales and Marketing Director. In this role, they consulted with Independent Agents on market strategy, operational effectiveness, and sales staff development.

Following their time at Travelers, they returned to Nationwide in 2018 as the Staff Operations Director, responsible for coordinating distribution strategies, agency development, and field sales effectiveness. Camille successfully expanded growth of agencies meeting sales goals.

Most recently, Camille joined Hippo Insurance in 2020. Camille initially served as the Director of Customer Support, where they implemented tech applications and contact center software to increase efficiency. Camille later became the Vice President of Customer Support, with a focus on scaling the customer support and underwriting organization.

Camille R. obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Temple University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Camille then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Camille R. has also obtained various certifications. In March 2009, they acquired the Personal Lines Property and Casualty certification from the Texas Department of Insurance. Later, in May 2011, they obtained the Life License certification from the same institution.
