Weronika Szysiak

Weronika Szysiak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in project management and mentoring. Starting from 2014, they served as a Local Responsible and Project Leader at ESTIEM, an organization for European students of Industrial Engineering and Management. In this role, they managed communication and led projects for the organization. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Business Development Specialist at GetTechForce. Subsequently, they joined Railwaymen as an IT Project Manager from 2016 to 2019, where they successfully launched multiple software products and contributed to internal business development. Following that, they worked at iRonin.IT as an IT Project Manager, overseeing the development of internal software products. In 2021, they became a Project Manager at Swing Development (SwingDev), which later became a part of Hippo Insurance. Weronika then transitioned to the role of Engineering Project Manager at Hippo Insurance, where they worked on Hippo Home products. Additionally, they worked as a Mentor at IAMPM Polska starting from 2022.

Weronika Szysiak has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Econometrics from AGH University of Krakow. Weronika also holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science in Business from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Industrial Engineering at AGH University of Krakow. Weronika has obtained several certifications including AgilePM® from APMG International in August 2017, Agile Product Owner Role from LinkedIn in October 2016, and PRINCE2 Fundamentals from LinkedIn in October 2016.
