Dev Mani P. is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Hippo Homes, Dev has previously held significant positions at METRO Cash & Carry India Private Limited as General Manager of Human Resources, and at Bharti Walmart in multiple capacities including Head of HRBP & Operations, DGM of Talent Acquisition, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes the role of Regional HR Manager for North India at HDFC Bank and HR Partner for Engineering Services at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam). Dev holds an MBA in Human Resource Development from Delhi University’s Delhi School of Economics, completed between 2003 and 2005.
