Tom Shields is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and strategic integration. Currently serving as SVP of Strategic Integration at Hippocratic AI and as a Board Member at Dalton Electric Heating Co., Tom also holds the position of CEO and CTO at Eridani Ventures, focusing on mission-driven technology companies in the Bay Area. Additionally, Tom has served as Board Chair for organizations such as Eion, which tackles carbon dioxide mitigation, and Nium, addressing the environmental impact of ammonia production. A Partner at AgFunder and a previous Chairman of the Board at Archblock, Tom combines expertise in coaching, strategy consulting, and investment in food and agtech sectors, leveraging a strong educational foundation from Harvard University where a BA in Computer Science was earned.
