Dean Leeder

Dean Leeder is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the quarry, waste management, and logistics sectors. Currently serving as General Manager - Operations at HiQ since August 2023, Dean previously held the position of Operations Manager at Rino from December 2022 to July 2023, and at Hi-Quality Group from February 2019 to November 2022. Earlier roles include Quarry Manager at Barro Group Pty Ltd, Maintenance Manager at R&M Solutions Pty Ltd, and Site Coordinator at Boral Construction Materials. Dean began their career as a Project Construction Manager and Boilermaker Tradesman at Mawsons. Academically, Dean holds a Diploma in Extractive Industries Management, a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, and additional certifications in safe handling of explosives and engineering fabrication from respected institutions, including RMIT University and Box Hill Institute.
