Niko Mikander

Niko Mikander has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the DevOps Team Lead (Digital) at HiQ Finland since May 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing the DevOps team and developing service management for digital solutions. Prior to this role, Niko held positions as a Senior Service Manager and Project Manager at HiQ Softplan Oy Ltd, and contributed significantly as a Technical Leader and Software Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks from 1998 to 2007. Niko holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Helsinki Institute of Technology, obtained between 1994 and 1998, and completed high school at Pohjois-Tapiolan Lukio from 1990 to 1994.
