Paula Peltomaa

Paula Peltomaa is an experienced Senior Service Designer currently working at HiQ Finland since May 2022, with a focus on customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and user research for B2C and B2B clients. Previously, Paula held similar roles at Lamia, which is part of HiQ, specializing in digital commerce. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant for Design & Business Transformation at IBM, where responsibilities included leading UX design and organizational change management for global projects. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Information Systems Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration, both from the University of Turku, along with additional studies in Service Design. Paula has also contributed to various organizations, including membership on the Board at the University of Turku and the Council at the Turku School of Economics.
