Emma Sjösvärd

Emma Sjösvärd is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as HR-ansvarig at White Arkitekter since January 2023, Emma previously held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Yara Marine Technologies, HR Business Partner at MQ Marqet AB, and Recruitment Consultant at Jerrie, where effective recruitment and evaluation of specialists were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes significant roles at Academic Work Sweden, where Emma was Team Manager and Consultant Manager, overseeing recruitment processes and team development. Emma started their career in customer service at Nordea and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Gothenburg, complemented by language studies at STS Language School in Fort Lauderdale.
