John Klint

John Klint serves as the Chief Financial Officer for HiQ Group since October 2021, overseeing financial operations for a company owned by Private Equity firm Triton. Prior to this role, John Klint was a Strategy and M&A Advisor primarily for Triton from October 2020 to January 2022 and held leadership positions at KPMG as Co-head of the Strategy Group and Head of Integration & Separation between September 2017 and October 2020. Additional experience includes advisory roles for Le Pacte and Tough Viking, and significant leadership at Green Cargo, where responsibilities spanned from CFO to Executive Vice President, handling strategy, business development, and sustainability initiatives. John Klint also chaired DB Schenker Rail Scandinavia and served as an investment manager at Industrivarden. With a Master's degree in International Business and Financial Economics from the University of Gothenburg, complemented by studies at WU Vienna, John Klint has extensive expertise in private equity and strategy consulting.
