Pernilla Ohlsson

Pernilla Ohlsson has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR management roles. Pernilla is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition & BP Partner at HiQ, where they focus on developing the company's tech agency and prioritizing the importance of people behind the technology. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA/HQ at Oatly, where they contributed to the company's mission of promoting sustainable and healthy living. Pernilla also has experience working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Cybercom Group and as an HR Manager/Business Partner at Acando. Earlier in their career, they held recruitment and management positions at Dfind and Poolia, primarily focusing on IT and technology sectors.
