Adrienne Kiely

Adrienne Kiely currently serves as the Human Resources Senior Manager at the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) since July 2023, leading a team of HR Managers and professionals in daily and strategic HR processes. Prior experience includes a significant role as Senior Manager of Global Labour Relations at Shopify from May 2018 to May 2023, as well as various positions within Shopify's employee relations, talent development, and HR business partner teams covering multiple regions. Previous to Shopify, Adrienne held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Allergan and worked as an HRM Consultant at HRM in Ireland. Additional experience includes roles in talent acquisition at Randstad Australia and project management with Youth Work Ireland. Adrienne holds a Master’s Degree in Communications from Queens University, Belfast, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Ulster University, among other qualifications.
