Aleh Tsikhamirau

Aleh Tsikhamirau began their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at Andersen Lab. In 2010, they joined HiQo Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Delivery Manager, Senior Project Lead, Senior PHP Developer / Project Lead, and Web Application Developer. In 2015, they Co-Founded Топ Банана. Finally, in 2018, they Co-Founded Top Banana Spb, offering English and Spanish classes for kids and adults.

Aleh Tsikhamirau obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University between 2011 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Information Technology/English from Belarusian State Pedagogical University Named after Maxim Tank (BSPU) between 2006 and 2011. In addition, Aleh Tsikhamirau holds certifications from the Project Management Institute, including a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) obtained in December 2020, a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) obtained in January 2021, and a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) obtained in December 2020.
