Vladislav Shcherba

Vladislav Shcherba started their work experience in 2017 at IBA Group, where they worked as a Software Engineer until December 2018. From October 2018 to June 2020, they served as a Test Automation Engineer on the IBM project, focusing on building an automation pipeline and developing test scripts.

In 2020, Vladislav joined EPAM Systems as a Software Test Automation Engineer. Vladislav worked on projects for large consumer goods and healthcare companies, implementing test automation for their software. Their responsibilities included analyzing workflows, creating manual test cases, and implementing web UI automation tests. Vladislav also performed manual testing, analyzed test executions, and submitted defects. Their role involved ongoing test automation maintenance and support, as well as agile estimating and planning.

In 2021, Vladislav took a mandatory military service break before joining HiQo Solutions, Inc. in October 2022 as a Software Test Automation Engineer.

Vladislav Shcherba completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Belarusian State University from 2013 to 2017. Following that, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial Management at the School of Business and Management of Technology of BSU. Vladislav then obtained a Master's degree in Political Science from the Institute of Parliamentarism and Entrepreneurship between 2019 and 2021. Prior to their university education, they attended the Lyceum of Belarusian State University, where they focused on Physics and Mathematics from 2011 to 2013.
