Jason Wardlaw

Jason Wardlaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and Lean business improvement. Currently serving as the Proprietor at Hire A Hubby Chelsea since July 2021, Jason has previously held significant roles at Robert Bosch Australia, including Warehouse Operations Manager and Section Manager, overseeing logistics and operational processes. Jason also contributed to process improvement initiatives at NAB as a Process Improvement Manager and Kaizen Coach. Earlier roles included Lean Six-Sigma Business Specialist at Vative, where Jason facilitated Lean programs, and various positions at Robert Bosch from 2000 to 2010, including Product Engineer and Lean Logistic Coordinator. Jason holds a degree in Advanced Manufacturing from Monash University.
