Matthew Ward

Matthew Ward is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and strategic advisory roles across various companies. Currently a member of the Board of Advisors at Dragon Spirits Marketing, Matthew provides guidance on brand activation strategies within the gig economy. Previously, as Vice President of Engineering at MasterControl, Matthew led a team of approximately 70 engineers and implemented transformative talent management processes. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Development at Human Interest, Head of Engineering - Financial Management at Procore Technologies, and multiple leadership positions at Nordstrom, Amazon, Pixelpipe, ImageShack, Zynga, and Bloosky Interactive Media. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Tech, encompassing Computer Science, Business Leadership, and Russian.
