Rob Hill

Rob Hill has extensive work experience in the staffing and logistics industries. Rob started their career in 1993 as a District Manager at Anderson Merchandisers, where they worked until 1998. Rob then worked at UPS as a Preload Supervisor from 1999 to 2004. Following that, they spent over a decade at Randstad as a Sr. Branch Manager. From 2016 to 2017, Rob was a Sr. Branch Manager at Diversified Sourcing Solutions. Rob then joined EmployBridge in 2017 as a Branch Manager and later as a Market Manager, specializing in logistics and manufacturing placements. In 2020, Rob joined Adecco as a Market Leader, delivering results for the logistics and supply chain sectors. Currently, Rob is the Director of Operations for North Texas at Hire Dynamics, a position they have held since March 2022. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in operations, market management, and leadership.
