April Ogden is an experienced nonprofit leader and advocate for individuals with disabilities, currently serving as Governance Committee Chair and Board Director at Creative Community Services, Inc., focusing on the organization's mission to enhance the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. In addition, April Ogden chairs the Disability Inclusion and Accessibility Employee Resource Group at Hire Heroes USA, founded to promote an inclusive environment for staff and clients. With a robust background in vocational rehabilitation and assistive technology, April Ogden has held significant roles at the Florida Department of Education, Center for Independent Living, and various educational institutions, where efforts resulted in increased accessibility and compliance initiatives. April Ogden holds a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Public Administration from the University of North Florida.
