Kemi Faroun Mpa

Kemi Faroun MPA, CSM, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Job Coach for Hire Heroes USA since March 2016, Kemi contributes to The Independence Project, focusing on veterans' transitions post-separation. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Consultant at NetPlusDotCom, where candidate sourcing and recruitment processes were managed, and Resource Specialist at Hire Velocity, where Kemi developed pipelines of qualified candidates. In earlier positions such as Personnel/Human Resource Generalist for Woodbridge Township, responsibilities included coordinating recruitment and managing employee relations. Kemi's career began as a Customer Service Representative at Lead Capital Nigeria, overseeing inquiries and training staff. Kemi holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in European Languages from the University of Lagos.
