Elizabeth Pablo

Elizabeth Pablo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Hire Horatio CX since January 2019, Elizabeth is responsible for team management, training, mentoring, and development. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Managing Director at Caribbean Telecom & Solutions from April 2010 to December 2018 and was the Country Manager at Via One from March 2007 to March 2010. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Elizabeth's educational background is complemented by a foundational education at Abraham Lincoln High School.
