Luis Pina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Services Manager at Hire Horatio CX since November 2020, Luis has previously held significant roles at Huawei Technologies, including After Sales Service Manager and Key Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing after-sales service requirements and handling substantial client accounts. Prior experience includes project management roles with Abasto & Servicios, operational leadership at Planet Fitness and Berry Company, and supervisory positions in customer service at DataVimenca and Verizon International Teleservices.
