María Mercedes Jiménez Chacón

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana leads an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as a Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana was a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Alimentación, nutrición y bienestar from Universidad del Centro de México.
