Victoria Viera Sisto

Victoria Viera Sisto is a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Hire Horatio CX since March 2023, previously serving as a Talent Management Receptionist. In 2021-2022, Victoria worked as a Radio Host at Conuco Mix, where responsibilities included creating the program's concept, name, logo, and hosting, along with developing original content ideas and scripts. Victoria has also held the position of Social Community Manager at OZ Sports from November 2019 to April 2020, and an internship as a Communication Assistant at Grupo Novello, where activities involved organizing social media and strategic proposals along with website redesign. Victoria completed a degree in Advertising from Universidad APEC in 2020 and holds a high school diploma from Colegio Calasanz de Santo Domingo, obtained in 2016.
