Julie Goff

Julie Goff has extensive experience in the business and finance industry. Julie began their career in 2007 as a Change Consultant for the US Trust Wealth Management Transition & Integration Team at Bank of America, where they were awarded the Bank of America Award of Excellence. Julie then held various roles at Bank of America, including Business Support Manager for Homebuyer Education and Counseling, Change Manager for the Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Transition & Integration Team, and Change Consultant for the Countrywide Home Loans Transition & Integration Team. In 2014, they joined Davidson College as General Manager of the Jay Hurt Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where they led the planning and launch of the 22,000 sq ft renovated cotton mill. In 2020, they became the Owner and Partner of bloom., an independent consulting firm focused on strategy, design, innovation and implementation. Most recently, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of HireBrain in 2022.

Julie Goff attended Davidson College from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Julie then attended Charlotte School of Law from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Juris Doctor.
