Prior to these ventures, Villella founded and led HireStrategy, transforming it into a leading staffing firm in the mid-Atlantic region. Villella's career began at Booz Allen Hamilton and included management roles at Source Services/KFORCE, where significant growth and development were achieved. Villella holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
