Dan Hayes

Dan Hayes has over 17 years of experience in financial, operational, and management consulting. Dan is the President & Founder of Hayes Financial Group, LLC since 2004, providing services at the CFO level for companies in the high-technology, service, and retail industries. Dan has completed over $150M in fundraising activities, sales of several entities, and bank debt financing arrangements for various clients. Dan has also managed and consolidated numerous subsidiaries, restructured operations to reduce monthly burn, and wound down financial/legal affairs for investors and creditors. Dan has also provided expertise in bid agreements, software revenue recognition, and SEC filings. In addition, they have served as a CFO consultant for HireClix, Cazena, Danforth Advisors, Detector Technology, Humatics Corporation, Marina Biotech, MeYou Health, and WikiFoods.

Dan Hayes obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Northeastern University between 1985 and 1989. Dan then obtained a Certified Public Accountant (Massachusetts) certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in October 1992.
