Erika Atwood, CSM

Erika Atwood, CSM has over 15 years of experience in the field. Erika started their career in 2005 as an Account Manager for Delta Dental of Minnesota, where they also held the positions of Implementation Manager and Appeals Manager. In 2015, they became a Sales Executive for United Concordia Dental. Erika then moved to iCIMS as an Implementation Manager in 2016, before joining GR8 People in 2018 as an Implementation Manager. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Strategic Consultant for HireClix since 2021.

Erika Atwood holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul. Erika also holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2022.
