Julia Fernald has been working in the digital marketing field since 2013. Julia began their career as an Intern, Communications & Content at Nypro, a Jabil Company, in 2013. During their time there, they led cross-functional collaboration between Corporate Communication, HR, and Business Category Teams to create and share content pertaining to corporate announcements and employee events. Julia also delivered a positive user experience of the employee website with daily content updates, and coordinated key events including internal meetings, award banquets, and company events.
In 2017, Julia began working at HireClix as a Digital Marketing Associate. In this role, they implemented and optimized pay-per-performance campaigns for clients on advertising channels and social media channels to drive quality candidates and increase prospective candidate engagement across channels. Julia also executed employer-branding campaigns to position clients as a desired place to work and drive quality candidates to apply for high-priority positions, as well as controlled creative and media budgets for a variety of client sizes.
Julia continued to work at HireClix, taking on the role of Digital Marketing Analyst in 2020, and then Senior Digital Marketing Analyst.
Julia Fernald graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
